Reservation & Service Policies
Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and professional service experience
All reservations require a guaranteed payment. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be used for this purpose. If you fail to cancel your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy, the charges will be billed to this card.
Surcharges That May Apply:
- • Meet and Greet at Airport: $35
- • Baby/infant car seat, rear/forward facing: $25
- • Extra stop along the way: $20 (First 15 minutes complimentary)
4-hour notice required to change or cancel any reservation.
If you cancel less than four hours before your scheduled pickup time or no-show at time of reservation, we will charge you the rate quoted at time of reservation.
This does not apply to flight cancellations due to weather or events beyond your control.
Hourly Charter Service: Minimum 2 hours of service (Sedan $190, SUV $240).
Local/Residential/Event
First 15 minutes complimentary, additional wait time charged at hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
Airport Pickups
- • Domestic Flights: 50 minutes complimentary
- • International Flights: 80 minutes complimentary
